I bring to the closing table over 35 years of combined real estate experience in sales (as an agent and broker), Certified General Appraiser, Ad Valorem Tax Appraiser and more recently as a Professional Stager. As an appraiser particularly, I have experienced every property condition anomaly possible and have become well versed in underwriting requirements. Appraising has given me an exceptional advantage in valuing, pricing and staging properties. These skills give me an edge when it comes to preparing homes for marketing/listing and assisting buyers with purchase price decisions. As well as being skilled, I have taken almost every appraisal and real estate course known to TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission).

Furthermore, being familiar with and loving the area I work in is definitely a blessing and an attribute. In 1990 I made the Lake Houston Area (specifically Atascocita) my home and have lived and worked here ever since. There is no reason to go anywhere else! (My kids and grandkids live here also.) I have watched this area grow dramatically during the past few years and have seen it grow into its own unique resort style/suburban area. While the commute to downtown Houston has been minimized to 30-45 minutes due to the expansion of US Hwy 59, our suburban residents (myself included) enjoy being able to leave the city behind and come home to enjoy the Lake Houston Lifestyle.
